Discord recording · D&D campaign memory
Every session,
written into legend.
Turn your Discord D&D sessions into campaign notes you can search
before the next game. Review names and facts, then publish the notes
you approve. Your campaign stays private unless the bot owner explicitly makes it public.

Your first session, step by step.
Server owners and Discord administrators already have access to campaign setup and recording; they do not need a separate Bot Admin role. /set_role is optional: use it to delegate Bot Admin access or assign Campaign Managers to particular voice channels.
- Create the campaign: use
/set_game with its name and voice channel. A server owner, Discord administrator or Bot Admin can do this. Check the reply confirms the campaign folder is ready; follow any setup errors before recording. - Choose where files go: use
/set_transcripts for that same voice channel and a text channel where SUMMURIZER can view the channel, send messages and attach files. - Prepare the roster (recommended): use
/set_character to map players to characters and mark the DM. This helps speaker names; it is not a website-signup step. - Record: tell everyone the session will be recorded. An assigned Campaign Manager, Bot Admin, Discord administrator or server owner joins the campaign voice channel, runs
/start_recording and waits for confirmation. Use /stop_recording when done.
A website account is not required to record. Use your Discord account for the recording commands; link a website account when you are ready to use the checker or open your private campaign website.
Built for long campaigns
From voice chat to a campaign you can search.
RECChronological recording
Keeps every speaker in the order the table heard them, even across long sessions.
TXTMapped transcripts
Preserves the Discord-name backup while making character and DM names the primary transcript.
REVHuman review
Spellings, aliases and unresolved AI facts wait for a person before campaign notes change.
REFTraceable memory
Campaign facts retain the session, timestamp and quoted source that supports them.
WEBCampaign wiki, private by default
Players can search the finished campaign website without installing Obsidian or Discord; the bot owner can explicitly make a campaign public as an example.
ZIPOriginal files available
The online folder view and downloads remain available when someone wants the underlying notes.
